I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect as it is very close to the beautiful botanical gardens and the stunning Trauttmansdorff castle. It only took me a short 10-minute walk to reach these attractions. The hotel offers excellent service with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The room I stayed in was fantastic, spacious, and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the well-maintained garden and pool area. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, and a top-notch restaurant with great food at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is situated very close to the botanical gardens which is great for a morning walk. It also has parking and transportation facilities, making it very convenient. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the hotel facilities were spotless. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and castle. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. the breakfast was delicious and could even be enjoyed on the terrace. the spa facilities were top-notch, including indoor and outdoor pools.
The roads in the area are narrow, which can make it challenging to navigate around.

We had an amazing room, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and garden were well-maintained, and the staff was very accommodating. We loved the location, close to a popular attraction and a short bus ride from the city center. The hotel restaurant offered great food at a great price. we had a great stay.
The only drawback was the poor wifi connectivity. We found it difficult to get a strong signal and download messages, even when standing close to the door.

Terrific family-run hotel, accommodating staff, great suggestions, nicely decorated room, comfortable, nice-sized bathroom.
